Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 8 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). guess where we are…

heaven (aka disneyland). so fun to see the boys enjoy the excitement. so good to catch up with cousins. off to bed, another big day tomorrow with mickey!!

I think I was 20 when I first went to DisneyLand and I was immediately happy when we arrived!

The picture of David is priceless. I”m sure Matty has a similar look on his face too.

Oh, my gosh, the look on David’s face is priceless - he looks SO HAPPY. And I’m in total agreement: you all are at the happiest place on earth! I can’t wait to take Viv there when she’s older.

We were at Disneyland a few weeks ago. It was my husband’s first time and he now understands that Disney really is the happiest place on earth. I hope you guys have a great time. The pictures look like you guys already are!

Disney!!! I went to Disney on my honeymoon years ago! We’ve taken my boys there probably 10 times since. Your boys look like pure joy. Have fun with your family.

We have taken our 4-year old daughter to Disneyworld which is just a couple of hours from where we live twice. It truly is the most magical place on earth!

We went this past May to Disneyworld, and had THE time of our lives. I was a little worried about how they’d handle a special-needs kid, but Disney was absolutely amazing. We were able to bypass lines as necessary, which I have to say was great. Alas, neither one of our kids liked the rides (is it child abuse to force your children to go on It’s A Small World After All?). But they LOVED all the characters. Max kept patting them on their butts, which was a riot. I’ve heard Disney is really sane Thanksgiving week, not that many people go. Is it true?

It’s busy this week, but not absolutely insane. Most of the rides are about a 20 minute wait.
