• Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 8 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). I create handmade jewelry and love taking pictures. Stick around and get to know us!

You must try the TJ peppermint bark. It goes fast. They come in a tin or as bars. I go for the bars. YUMMMERS

That wouldn’t last long at my house! It’s probably a good thing I don’t live close to a Trader Joes. :)

you’re killin’ me! used to have TJ’s 5 min. away where we lived in IL, but now it’s at least 30 min. away, so we don’t get there often. am planning on going when we head north in 12 days.

I knew I had to get to TJ’s for some reason… thanks for the reminder!

makes me wish we had a Trader Joe’s here…or maybe not since I’ve lost almost 30 pounds in the last 4 months. : )

Seriously just had 1 a 1/2 hour ago @ a friends house! Yummy!

I can resist peppermint stuff, but hardly anything else in the entire Trader Joe’s store. We all love going there! They have kiddie-size shopping carts, and the kids like to zoom around the store in them and trample shoppers.

I just want to cry. I am missing the Candy Cane JoeJoe’s SO MUCH this year, and those look even more enticing!

About a week more to go and we’ll be in California…land of the Joe Joe’s. YEAH!

  18. Chrissie on December 12th, 2008 6:39 pm

I really need those, a cup of coffee, and YOU!

  19. Linnea on December 12th, 2008 9:00 pm

They look really yummy- and although I’ve been eating the whole day, I still could eat one of them now. Gosh!

  20. Alicia on December 13th, 2008 3:04 am

I was just at Trader Joe’s today and saw those cookies…I opted for the regular Candy Cane Joe Joe’s and some peppermint bark…but I’m thinking maybe I need to go back? :-) Happy eating!
