Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 7 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). FIVE years old today.

he turned 5 today. that’s just crazy. yesterday we made cupcakes and brought them to school. he polished off the leftovers in the car on the way home. (which i didn’t realize until we were a couple blocks from home–oh well!) saturday we’ll have a star wars party with pics to follow. happy birthday matty! i love you so, so much.

Ah, yes! My once 5 year old is almost 34 and the father of our most adorable, precious granddaughter When did that happen?? I remember when your family arrived at Grace and Matty was just a toddler!! WHEW!!! Blessings and hugs all around!

your designs are fresh and inspired. i gasped when i saw the necklace where you said to pick your word of the year. every year on my birthday, a word for the next year is picked. it defines the year. until i saw your jewelry, i had never heard of anyone else doing this.
