• Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 7 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). I create handmade jewelry and love taking pictures. Stick around and get to know us!

Awesome pic, Lisa! I want to live in that barn…and that field of…wild mustard?? Fantastic. You have such a great eye. Makes me want to take more pics. And I love seeing the Central Coast through your eyes. We do live in such a charming little stretch of CA, don’t we? Thanks for sharing and Happy Friday to you.

    Coffee in hand,

Love that picture, Lisa! I can’t remember seeing that barn, but I don’t really drive that way often. I’m going to make some coffee right now.

How fun- I pass by that same barn and every so often I see someone standing by their car, snapping a picture. Now I can say I know one of those who did it! Great picture. Reminds me to take it all in, even while driving kids to and from school.
Thanks again for speaking at MOPS yesterday. I think you have another calling- you were awesome, and so many women were touched by your story.
Have a restful weekend- see you at the Strawberry Festival?

A woman bought some jewelry from me at an art show yesterday and she was wearing some of your jewelry. She told me to look you up online because she just loved your stuff and thought I would too. She was right - lovely work! Your blog is great too, and this is a fantastic photograph! Thought I’d just drop a note! =)
