it’s offically fall.
it’s officially time to collect pine cones, rake leaves, wear a scarf and get a new cardigan.
it’s officially tine to start scoping out pumpkins, make soup for dinner and smell the fall air.
it’s officially time wear dresses with jeans and to use my new beso bag. dark brown velvet corduroy. yum.
it’s officially time to make time to play at the park after school. and swing high while the sun gets lower.
it’s officially time to draw a (really unhappy) mummy, and eat dark chocolate and get some fresh sunflowers.

I love fall but it’s always so bittersweet because we have to say goodbye to summer to welcome fall.

MMMMM…I made butternut squash soup and bread for dinner last night. My husband claims that this is what fall tastes like, even though it is still 80 degrees and humid here in Nashville. I have to agree. I LOVE the fall!
I love fall - this is my favorite season - I love everything about it - getting to wear my favorite jean’s and sweater’ and taking the boy’s to the pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin…. Pumpkin muffin’s are wonderful too !!!!
I love fall! Here in upstate New York, we have the most beautiful foliage…..big red barns…apple orchards….maple syrup. It’s the perfect place to have a ginormous sweater, boots, and a puppy, and be outside with your family. I love the smell of the night, and the leaves, and the crispness. I love closing the blinds at night and being cozy in my little house with my little family….
I am so ready! I’m a huge fan of pumpkin… anything… so this time of year makes me smile every day. The colors, the smells, the sights. All of it is beautiful.
Umm, I have that same dress. Call me on the Sundays you wear it, so we won’t match.
BEAUTIFUL pictures! I love fall! I have been looking forward to this fall with my daughter who is now 19 months old. I hope to take her to the pumpkin patches and apple orchards and anything else that is a must for fall experiences. She is at such a fun age

We have had beautiful sunny weather in the 80’s the past 2 days(here in VA). It has been one nice last blast of summer! It is supposed to be 70’s & 80’s through the weekend and then 60’s next week. I am a summer girl but love the fall as well. The foliage on the parkway is amazing and you can’t beat the warm days and crisp nights. I love pumpkins and Halloween too! Happy fall everyone!

Just wanted to post a link to my own blog, showing off a necklace you made for me. A friend of mine from Minnesota, ordered and bought it for me though. It was given to me, when we both met up in Florida a couple of weeks ago, at a mutual friends wedding.
Been wanting to buy such a necklace from you for a long time, and now I finally have one. In addition to having a ring with my kids names and birthyear, a tattoo with their initials - I now have the necklace. I should have it covered by now, huh?
