Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 8 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). oh tuesday! why are you so far away from friday? today i’ve got a coffee date with friends this morning and then a ridiculous to-do list (clean whole house, plan birthday party, meal planning, etc, etc). still catching up. what’s on your list today?

I’m afraid my 3-year old is coming down with yet another ear infection…SO, today on my list is just getting through the day! There has already been enough fighting with her brother, yelling and just general grumpiness to last me a week. We’ll make it though!

On my list: exchange a sweatshirt my son got for Christmas (its too small); return a pair of slippers; pick up a few things at the market; send off a box via UPS to my brother-in-laws; clean out a bag I carry back and forth to work that contains mail, school papers and other misc. stuff; and more but I think I will be lucky if I get all that done!!

Great pics. Today brings homeschooling, laundry, meals, orthodontist appt. more laundry, lots of snuggles, reading and a few card games thrown in, not to mention fiddling with the design of my blog. Ugh, it’s not all gonna happen. Oh well, looks like we might be snowed in for the next few so I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time.
