• Hi, I'm Lisa-mommy to my boys, David, 7 and Matty, 6 and wife to Steve. In between school and work we spend our time playing outdoors on the central coast of CA, eating chocolate chip pancakes, tapping tunes on the piano (David) and choreographing elaborate lightsaber duels (Matty). I create handmade jewelry and love taking pictures. Stick around and get to know us!

Love the idea of the new necklace. I think i’ve shared before that the necklace I got from you has my boys’ names on the front and “remember” on the back for the baby I miscarried. Someday you should do a post on your phone…I think I want one! It takes amazing photos! :)

I don’t find myself commenting on here much, but I do read your blog every chance I get. I found out about you through a giveaway that seems as though it was oh so long ago, and I am so glad I did.

    Sweet pictures as always!!

I love David’s “wrinkle” dimples - that’s what I call them. My daughter doesn’t have traditional dimples but when she smiles - she gets these cute wrinkles (so I named them wrinkle dimples) or lines or creases - whatever you want to call them and I just love them! This picture of David made me think of “wrinkle dimples” SO sweet and precious!!

Thank you for sharing YOUR journey and your honesty. I too admire how you use your talents/jewerly to help people and as a way for them to heal and share their joy!!

    May you ever be blessed
    xoTiffany

I am now obsessed with the shakeitphoto app for my i phone - i found that if i use the free photoshop app to lighten any dark pics up first, then use shakeitphoto, they turn out even better :-D thanks for getting me hooked! your kids are gorgeous, I love coming on here and seeing David’s big grin!! ( and Matthias’s blue one!? heehee)

I fell in love with your ‘forever” necklace after seeing it in a Canadian magazine. I found your website today and feel so connected. The Marked by Love necklace and Lisa’s story assured me that I am not alone and that it is OK to share my grief. I have lost 4 children through msicarriages and have had 3 failed attempts at a fertilty clinic. I have been searching for some way to openly honour and celebrate my children because all too often we hide our losses. Both the Marked by Love and the Heartstrings necklace spoke to me!!! I now have to decide which one to order! thank you for your talent, inspiration, and strength.

i don’t know if anyone mentioned this - but this necklace could also be used for a child given up for adoption. just a thought.
