Enjoying cupcakes with new friends – means new beginnings to share!

It’s a new week and fresh start! We’re waking up in LA and getting ready for some doctor visits this week. Thank you for your kind words and prayers. I am so grateful.

Seriously–it makes my heart happy.

Saturday, Sarah Markley opened her gorgeous home for an inRL gathering with {in}courage. About 40 women came together to talk about mentorship, get to know each other and enjoy some {amazing} cupcakes. There was other yummy food too, but the cupcakes were epic. If you want to see the videos shared at the gathering, you can register here and watch the videos here.

Sarah welcomed each of us and made hosting 40 strangers look easy. Well done Sarah!

Is your mouth watering? Mine is!

I love plates on the wall. And I love a wall collage.

Making new friends is stretching, but it’s a beautiful thing, don’t you think?

It was so good to see Dee of Red Letter Words again. That’s Sarah in the middle and me on the right.

Here’s the whole gang! It was a lovely afternoon. My heart was encouraged.

How about some hellos for a new week?

  1. I love love love your idea for Hello Monday posts. After reading yours, I was inspired to write and link up my own, and it honestly changed my perspective on the day and the week. And it was just fun to challenge myself to write in a different format.

    Have a great week!

  2. I hope everything goes well for David. What a lucky little guy, he has so many people that love him and pray for him! My daughter is pregnant with twins right now, a boy and a girl. We just found out that her little girl has her bladder on the outside of her body, club feet and a spinal issue. We know that once she is born she will need many surgeries. It helps so much to see and hear how well David is doing. I can’t wait to love on my little grandbabies!

    1. Wow, that is heartbreaking! God has placed that precious girl right where she belongs. Praying for her future surgeries! xo

  3. It was such a beautiful conference. Wish I could have met up with such an amazing group as that. I watched at home and longed for community.

  4. It was a pleasure meeting you this weekend, you did an awesome job capturing the day! I’m so glad I met you and discovered your blog and jewelry line. I am LOVING your work, girl! xo
