  6. brand new aerobics shoes. an antique letter-opener shaped like a cat. a beige lace doily. an orange-striped cat on a sunny windowsill. a single stalk of white gladiolas in my garden. a stack of library books. super-sweet corn-on-the-cob. the soft summer evening breeze. thx for prompting me to close my eyes for a few minutes and contemplate all these inspiring things!

  7. The view out the window of my hotel room…I’m on a business trip and love photography, so the view made me so glad that I brought my camera!

  8. You inspire me, along with the oh so cute dresses on the girls in the new Kit an American girl movie, the spatula they used for a door handle in a cute diner we went to recently, The fresh pears hanging on a tree in my parents back yard, people who do kind things, when they will never be repaid.

  9. No camera, but what inspires me TODAY is such a great thought! Out the back window, my husband playing with all 3 of our children in the pool….even the baby. My son’s look of joyous anticipation as he hears me planning his birthday party on the phone. My baby girl “belly laughing” as hard as she can at her big brothers antics. Today that is what’s inspiring me.
    Love your blog!

  11. Inspiration–comes often from peeking into other’s worlds through their blogs. I’m content with how God made me but I do love to drink in the grace and beauty others capture in pictures that I get to enjoy. Thanks for sharing.
