new pendants

April 21st | older posts

aren’t these new pendants whimsical and fun? steve and i went on a date last night to CPK an a movie. we saw the hoax. richard gere stars as a writer who fabricates an autobiography on howard hughes. his lies build up through the movie and finally come crashing down on him. it seriously made me want to NEVER lie again!! what a mess he made!

seems like there has been so much pain touching the lives of people we know this week. when it rains it pours. life is not random and chaotic, though. God is in control. that gives me so much comfort. hope your saturday is good!

When I read the title of the blog I thought it said pennants. I wondered, “Did the boys go to a baseball game?” Yes, the pendants are fun!

I am amazed that some people think lying is no big deal. One coworker actually said lying about little things doesn’t matter. What she needs to realize is lying about little things leads to big things. He who is faithful in little will be faithful in much. Take seriously the little lies and omissions or you will have serious consequences.

    My Saturday consists of:
    1) setting up my new computer
    2) setting up my new computer desk
    3) laundry, grocery, errands
    4) dinner with Chrissie and Matt
    5) grading
    Love you!

love the new pendants – very fun! i actually have been looking here for you at vintage beads as we walked along portabello market this morning, but to no evail. nothing seemed worthy of your designs. i checked in the bead shop too, but BORING! nothing new, all very dated looking. oh well, you’re in my thoughts at least!

The pendants are really cute! And how fun you and Steve had a date night. (I can never hear the word “hoax” without thinking of that SNL skit with Chris Farley and Paul McCartney, and Chris uses that word with such a funny voice.)
