we had so much fun! the highlight was a jedi master (aka daddy) who arrived to give a jedi demonstration and taught the kids how to handle a lightsaber. amazingly, no one got bonked on the head! we cut pillowcases up the middle to tie around the kids as a ‘padawan tunic’. pizza, cupcakes, presents and running around with friends made for a great day. happy birthday matty!

OMG!! That looks awesome!!!! I love the shot of David!! He looks like he is having a blast:)
and a great pic of jill and daniel – gotta send that to her! i can’t believe silas didn’t injure anyone – he’s quite aggressive with his light saber at home! sorry to have missed out – darn sick bugs!
what a clever idea! it looks like matty and david both had a great time!!
I miss all those kiddos! Great pics Lis! Once again, you’re amazing and creative!

Happy Birthday Matty!
Love the photo collage ! Beautiful ! Looks like it was a fun party !
That is a wonderfully creative Star Wars party…Love the Hubby as a Jedi Master…he looked just like Obi Wan walking up with the hood over his head. My boys would have gone bonkers with delight at this party! Great job!
How fun….and super creative of you. Happy Birthday to Matty!
OK, who had more fun, Steve or Matty?
Yeah, Dan, we’re not sure. Definitely a toss up!
Are you kidding me? That is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!
I love the pillowcase outfits. Way, way to sweet. David, you’re killing me.
Happy Birthday, Little Matty. I can’t believe you’re five. I love, love, love, love, love you. That’s one for each year.
This looks fabulous!! When we went to Disneyland in the Fall, my two oldest particpated in the Jedi clinic…and they loved every minute of it. This totally reminds me of it – what a blast!!
O M G ! Lisa – I think I have been excited to see the Jedi Master turn the corner – what a fantastic idea! Happy 5th Matty!
Happy Birthday Matty! How much fun, and such simple ideas for the costumes, they looked perfect!
Oh my, Happy Birthday Matty! Lisa, I tried the White Chili and it is a family favorite already!
Thanks!
Cute!
Oh, Lisa, this is the neatest party!! My boys loved the original Star Wars (they are 38 and 33 now!!!!) All I did was have them decorate a table cloth with markers and put their figures on a cake I made LOL!! Didn’t think about the pillow case thing!!! Very neat idea!!
What a great theme party!! I’m sure my hubby would love it for his birthday this year, if not our sons
Happy Birthday to your son!
Looks like an absolutely fun time. I love Steve’s outfit. I’m sure he had as much fun as the kids. They look like they all had a ball and enjoyed the food. And I actually recognize some of the kids. Good job, Lisa.
Awesome party! Looks like everyone had a great time. I’ll have to remember the pillowcase idea for when Ben and Nate are older.
this looks like SO much fun!!!
