Because I live in the very northernmost part of Upper Michigan (in the Keweenaw Peninsula) we see LOTS and LOTS of snow. We are soooo waiting for spring!!! Wow, I adore that sweet dress. If I were to own a dress like that, I would wear it in the sunshine with my sweet, little family. We are obsessed with sunny days and wildflower-strewn picnics. I have two boys (they are wee lads) and a darling and dear husband, so i feel the need to unearth the ultra-feminine me. Being surrounded by boys often loses the real me amidst basketball shorts and t shirts, but wearing twirly, sweet, and FEMININE clothes is worth the morning battle to remind myself that I AM A WOMAN!

I watched ebay for months and finally a pair came across in my size!! The best part is–I didn’t have to pay much for them and they are my favorite shoes…by far! So comfy!

I am so incredibly thrilled with the Word of the Year necklace I just purchased from you all: it’s even better than I expected. (I just opened the lovely package in the mail today: thx for your hand-packed, TLC-attention. Yay.) I would wear this dress to my local art gallery while gawking at Naismith’s “Original Rules” for basketball. (Can you believe some guy actually thought up a game that has changed the course of history AND made Saturday morning hoops w/the kids a matter of habit?!). Such creative innovation! (Dress & hoops, that is!)

i love shabby apple! I had a baby not too long ago and this momma is so ready for something pretty and girly like that dress to make me feel good! I love it! I think I would wear it everywhere just to make me feel pretty…don’t get me wrong I love having a baby, I am just ready to feel good and not always pregnant!

Lovely. I am trying to incorporate more and more dresses into my everyday wear. I love feeling more put together, but still comfy. So that would be a great weekend around town outfit!

First of all, I’d wear that dress any day of the week – it’s so bright and lovely – the perfect thing to help me through this long Canadian winter. Secondly, your hair is awesome! It has encouraged me to put more effort into enhancing my curls, and the WIWW series also has me inspired to wear something other than yoga pants and a ratty T-shirt.
