What I’m Wearing {cobalt and aqua}

Cobalt button up, J Crew. Joes Jeans via TJ Maxx. Belt, H&M. Sandals, TJ Maxx. Vintage Bangles. Turquoise stones necklace, my shop.

I wore this outfit a couple days ago to the workshop and then to the boys’ end of the year parties at school. Seriously, cobalt and turquoise might be my new favorite color combination. And this necklace seems to go with everything. I love it!  Steve and I are attending a wedding today for some friends. Well actually, he is performing the wedding. Such an honor. The sun is shining, we have french toast in our bellies and I’m pretty sure today is going to be a good day!

  1. i know this is an older post, but i was looking through your wiww posts for fun & just had to tell you these jeans are SO flattering on you! very slimming & just noticeably lovely 🙂

  2. Wow I love the color combination. Seriously, this outfit might be my favorite yet! And of course, like everyone else, I am coveting THAT NECKLACE! 🙂

  3. I love your necklace. I want to order it so badly, but I’m afraid it would be too big for me- I’m 4’10.5” tall and anything the slightest big “chunky” tends to overtake me. It looks perfect with your outfit though. Very pretty ensemble!

  4. I agree the different blues together are nice. I’m wearing my new TIE THAT BINDS necklace in remembrance of my husband this Father’s Day weekend. My daughter misses her father even more on this weekend as it is advertised in so many places, so your description of “love being the knot that can never be undone” is a great way for me to help her visualize what great memories she can hold close to her heart. Thanks for another inspiring piece, I so enjoy your art of making a piece of jewelry that speaks to one’s heart.

  5. Love all the blue! Guess what I’m wearing today?! My new “Love is My Anchor” necklace that arrived yesterday! I bought it as a reminder of my dad, a sailor, since he’s not around to buy a Father’s Day gift for anymore. I adore it. Thanks, Lisa! Great design, as usual!

  6. I love these Wednesday posts. Especially all the color and pattern combinations you’ve been sharing. It’s helps me look at my own wardrobe with a fresh set of eyes. Inspiring!

  7. Lisa, I promise Im not really here, checking your site or working on a saturday! I don’t ever comment on blogs or know anything about style. However, that does look great and you look happy. Tell Steve I said hey and to make a mental note that I commented on something 😉 Thanks!

  8. Hi Lisa,
    I never leave comments and almost feel silly doing so, but cobalt is *your*color! you should wear that color often!
    Have a great day!
