How long does it take to get my jewelry?

Please give us 1-2 weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry.

Will the letters be perfectly straight?

Nope. Each piece is hand-stamped which means it has character and beauty. We make sure we send out the best quality jewelry!

What metal are your products made from?

we specify what kind of metal is used on every product description. we use only the best quality lead-free metals!

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame as international orders have to go through customs. *Please note, we are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier.

 

Why is your hope{full} collection not valid with any coupons or discounts? 

Our hope{full} collection is fair trade and sustainable--when you purchase pieces from this collection, we donate a portion of proceeds from your purchase back to a non-profit in Ecuador called Jungle Kids. We purchase this line from Ecuadorian women artisans, at a fair price, and work on keeping our pricing affordable for our customers so that they can give back to Ecuadorian children and women by purchasing these pieces. 

I need a necklace rushed, can you help?

Your best bet is to choose express shipping at checkout then we will ship your order within 5 business days.

Can you stamp on the backside of the tag?

There are only a few pieces that can be stamped on both sides. You'll see this noted in the description.

Will you stamp anything on a piece?

most things but not everything! we reserve the right to cancel orders with customization requests that contain profanity or inappropriate language. we will contact you if we aren't able to complete your order!

Can I buy the tag without a chain?

Your chain is included in the price of the necklace. We don't sell the tags alone.

Are your chains sturdy?

We offer a delicate ball or fine link chain--both are sturdy; but if you've got young kids or you're active, we recommend the fine link chain (it's very sturdy).

What if I want to add a tag when I have another kiddo?

we can add a tag to most of our necklaces but not all. please contact us at customerservice@lisaleonardonline.com to find out if you have a necklace we can add to!
