My Custom Designs
Each piece is hand-crafted upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation and shipping of your custom jewelry. Please remember, each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.
Returns/Exchanges
I want you to love your custom jewelry. If you are unhappy for any reason, let me know and we'll make arrangements to exchange your jewelry. If the error occurs on my end, I will refund your shipping fees.
Privacy Policy
Lisa Leonard Designs respects the privacy of all our customers. No information about our customers will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver purchases.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS priority shipping at a flat rate of $8 regardless of the number of items ordered. Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge. Please allow 5 days for the creation of custom jewelry, even with overnight shipping.
Availability
Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design.
Holiday Orders
Around the holidays orders may be delayed. We will notify you if this is the case.
Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are available with a valid resale license. A minimum number of pieces is required. Email me at lisa@lisaleonarddesigns.com for more information.
