How long does it take to get my jewelry?
Please give us 2-3 weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry.

Will the letters be perfectly straight?
Nope.  Each piece is hand-stamped which means it has character and beauty.  We make sure we send out the best quality jewelry!

Do you ship internationally?                                                                                                                                  

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as international orders have to go through customs.

I need a necklace rushed, can you help?
Your best bet is to choose express shipping at checkout and then shoot me an email to let me know.  We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee rush processing.

Can you stamp on the backside of the tag?
There are only a few pieces that can be stamped on both sides.  You’ll see this noted in the description.

Can I buy the tag without a chain?
Your chain is included in the price of the necklace.  We don’t sell the tags alone.

Are your ball chains sturdy?
We use a sturdy ball chain, but if you’ve got young kids or you’re extremely active, we recommend the fine link chain (it’s very sturdy).

What if I want to add a tag when I have another kiddo?
No problem!  Just send your necklace back to us and we’ll polish up the whole piece and add your new tag.
